I am a qualified Psychotherapist, and specialise in working with children and young people as a Play Therapist. I am currently enhancing my training by completing BSc Honours Degree in Counselling.

Older children, young people and adults may prefer to have talking therapy. This provides a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space to talk through any difficulties or worries.

Within a therapeutic space I will listen and help manage emotional issues. This can help a person to work through their own issues, and helps them to reach their full potential. I can work with young people and adults and I work within a person-centred approach.

I feel the most important part of entering into a therapeutic relationship is finding the right person to work with you. It can feel really scary at first, wondering what is expected of you? what will you talk about? what will the therapist think?…all these questions and wonderings may be going around in your thoughts. I know first handed how this feels, as this is how I felt when entering into my first counselling relationship. It is really important to me, that you find the right person for you, even if that isn’t me. I offer a free 30 minute consultation to talk through any worries you may have and this is also the time we explore how the sessions will work and what is expected from us both.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me via phone, text, email, or by completing the call back form. You have made the first step by being brave enough to look for support. Life can be difficult, and sometimes we all just need someone to listen and understand us, without being judged.
